What do you build before I pay?
After selection we design and build a complete business website around the company. You receive a working private demo with the agreed pages, responsive display and admin area. Only when you want to keep that version does the checkout open.
What is free and where is the obligation?
The request, review and build of a selected demo are free. We do not ask for payment details upfront. Not buying is allowed and does not lead to an invoice, subscription or any other payment obligation.
Why do you build upfront without payment?
The website is our sales proposal. Where a traditional agency spends time on pitches and quotes, we invest that time in visible proof. Because that takes serious build time, we select deliberately and do not accept every request.
Is it a template or a custom design?
We design from the company, audience, offer and desired image. Typography, colour, composition, content order and components are developed as one system. It is not an existing theme where only the logo and colours are swapped.
How long can I view the demo?
The private demo is available for 30 days by default. The link has noindex settings and is not meant for search engines. Absolute exclusion from indexing by external systems can never be technically guaranteed.
What does the website cost when I want to keep it?
The current starting price for the standard website is € 995,00 excl. btw. The final price is shown with the private demo and confirmed before checkout. Installation, migration and extra functionality are only included when explicitly stated.
Is there a mandatory subscription after purchase?
No. The website has a one-time purchase price. Hosting, domain name, maintenance, updates and backups are separate services and only included when explicitly agreed.
Can I try the admin panel in advance?
Yes. When the website contains manageable content, the admin area is part of the private demo. You can therefore review in advance how texts, images and relevant settings are changed.
What do you deliver for SEO and GEO?
We build a technical and content foundation with semantic code, metadata, canonical settings, structured data and clear business entities. GEO also helps generative search engines and AI assistants understand the content. Positions, traffic and AI mentions are determined by external algorithms and cannot be guaranteed.
What security is built in?
The exact measures follow from the functionality. Think validated input, CSRF protection, rate limiting and secure sessions. We build targeted without a broad generic plugin layer, limiting unnecessary dependencies.
What do I receive after payment?
You receive the agreed delivery package with source files, installation information, server requirements, invoice and transfer documents. The specifically made parts are transferred per the terms; third-party components keep their own licences.
How do I know which version was delivered?
The accepted demo version is linked to the order. A SHA-256 hash is included on delivery, making it technically verifiable which package was transferred.
Can I request a website for a colleague, friend or another company?
Yes. Enter the company name and current website, but use your own email address. We do not contact the company unsolicited based only on the nomination. You can share a selected private demo with the owner yourself.
